The interior of this casserole dish is enameled, which provides better scratch resistance and makes cleaning easier.
Cast iron, a carbon-rich iron alloy, is one of the materials that best retains heat, diffuses it slowly, and redistributes it perfectly evenly. Once the cast iron is hot enough, its heat-retaining properties allow you to reduce the heat to a minimum, allowing dishes to simmer gently.

CARE :
