For tables with burners: each burner of the Lacanche kitchen piano is controlled using a electrical ignition secured by a thermocouple.
For radiant and induction hobs: rotary control by front lever and energy regulator, electronic display under vitroceramic and residual heat indicators

The low temperature cabinet is placed, facing, to the left of the oven.
The gas oven will be perfect for roasting or baking pastries.
