Information:
For tables with burners: each burner of the Lacanche kitchen piano is controlled using a electrical ignition secured by a thermocouple.
For radiant and induction hobs: rotary control by front lever and energy regulator, electronic display under vitroceramic and residual heat indicators
- 1st possibility: 1 gas oven (3.5 kW) and 1 vertical multifunction electric oven, static/forced air (2.65 kW) with radiant grill.
- 2nd possibility: 1 electric oven (2.3 kW) and 1 multifunction vertical electric oven, static/forced air (2.65 kW) with radiant grill
The gas oven will be perfect for roasting or baking pastries. The fan-assisted electric oven will allow you to cook quickly and evenly.
