A prestigious collection for which DEBUYER is renowned, composed of 90% copper and 10% stainless steel.
This Lyonnaise coupe pan is perfect for frying, searing and flambéing. A lovely pan for serving and presenting delicate dishes.
The pan is made from 90% copper on the exterior, which will provide superb thermal conductivity for very good cooking results.
The 10% stainless steel inside is perfectly food safe, avoids retinning of the copper, the low proportion of stainless steel will not alter the properties of the copper.
The tail of the pan is riveted and is made of cast steel; to guarantee great resistance. French-curved, the handle allows comfortable and ergonomic use. This pan is compatible with all heat sources including induction.
Three diameters are available to you: 24, 28 and 32cm.

Care tips:
Copper can be cleaned with a polishing paste, stainless steel can be washed by hand. Washing is done by hand only and not in the dishwasher.
