The cast aluminum that makes up this pan allows for regular and controlled cooking. It will be perfect for cooking your everyday dishes as well as your more delicate dishes such as fish. The handle is made of cast stainless steel.

The coating in the pan allows food to slide efficiently, allowing cooking with very little fat.
This pan is compatible with all heat sources including induction and oven. Maintenance is very easy, with hot water, dish soap and a soft sponge.

We advise you to avoid thermal shock and ensure a gradual rise in temperature. To maintain all these non-stick properties, avoid overheating your pans (250° maximum). Preferably use wooden or plastic utensils. Easy maintenance using a sponge and dishwashing detergent. These pans are suitable for all heat sources including induction.
