This cast iron casserole has a diameter of 24 cm.
It's a French fabrication made by Staub.
In grenadine color and with lily flowers patterns, this casserole will be ideal to prepare your dishes for 2/3 persons (capacity 3,6L). The interior is made of matt black enamelled cast iron, very resistant to scratching.
The Staub casserole is the reference throughout the world. Its exclusive Chistera lid allows the condensation to fall on the preparation to avoid drying out the food. The aromas are preserved; the meats remain tender and the vegetables very soft!
