The STAUB 28 cm enamelled cast iron crêpe pan will allow you to prepare light and tasty crêpes. It is compatible with all types of cookers, including induction.
This crepe maker is the result of genuine French know-how, created using a traditional manufacturing process, which makes it unique. Bonjour j’ai une plaque induction avec un rond qui fait maximum 21 cm. Est-ce que ce n’est pas un peu petit pour une crêpière de 28 cm? Est-ce que la crêpes risque de ne pas cuire sur les bords ? Merci !
Bonjour, nous vous confirmons que cela ne posera pas de problème, grâce à la fonte, la diffusion de la chaleur est optimale sur cette crêpière et très rapide. La cuisson se fera donc de manière uniforme. Cordialement
