It is made of extra-strong steel.

This is a very robust and non-deformable pan that will accompany you for decades.

It benefits from an organic beeswax finish, which reinforces its anti-adhesion, from the first use and which protects it from oxidation.

The caramelization of the dough is done perfectly, for tasty and authentic pancakes.

This pan can be used on all heat sources and even induction.

Three diameters are available to you:

- Diameter 24cm: interior height 1.2cm; outer diameter 24.3cm, total length 45.5cm

- Diameter 26cm: interior height 1.3cm; outer diameter 26.8cm, total length 47.8cm

Care tips:

This pan is very easy to maintain. Simply deglaze it and rinse it after use then coat it with a little oil before storing it in a dry place. It is not suitable for the dishwasher. It should not be cleaned with dishwashing liquid. It will brown naturally after a few uses, which will make it non-adherent over time thanks to the seasoning. You can purify it from time to time by cooking coarse salt.
