La Boîte Jaune offers an official mailbox model used by the French Post Office since 1945. It is produced by the Dejoie foundry, the official foundry of La Poste, and is located in Nantes. Made in France, this mailbox is wall-mounted, making it ideal for use both inside and outside your home. However, it is primarily considered a decorative rather than a practical element, as the opening slot is not compatible with A4-sized mail.
Made of aluminum, La Boîte 1945 has a usable volume of 11 dm3.
